Step 4: Upload Documents

Step 5: Receive Treatment Plan

You will receive a digital treatment plan file with simulation and IPR requirements.

Step 6: Review & Modify

Step 7: Final Approval

Confirm the plan and finalize printing preferences.

Step 8: Processing & Delivery

The aligners are processed, packed, and delivered to your clinic.

Step 9: Insertion Protocol

  • Soak the aligners in warm water before insertion.
  • Place them on the upper and lower arches and adapt them to the teeth.
  • Use chewies for better fitting and removal hooks (provided with the aligner) for easy removal.

Step 10: Patient Instructions

  • Each aligner must be worn for 18–20 hours daily, for a maximum of 7 days only.
  • You can provide 5 to 9 sets at a time – this allows you to recall and review the patient every 1 to 2 months based on the case.
  • If tooth movements are progressing well, instruct the patient to wear the 5th tray (for 1-month review) or the 9th tray (for 2-month review).
  • Based on progress, request the next set of aligners from Grafy.
  • ALWAYS ASK THE PATIENT TO CLEAN THE ALIGNER IN ULTRASONIC BATH TO AVOID STOMATITIS
